Orders that have not been shipped can be canceled for a full refund.
Orders that are returned to sender (refused or undeliverable) will be partially refunded:
For the online store, the total will be refunded minus the shipping fee.
For the wine club, the total will be refunded minus a restocking fee (see below).
Food and beverage items (including wine) cannot be returned once delivered. Other unused items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days, with the customer paying for any additional shipping.
